Ingredients
6 slices bacon diced
1 1/2 onions diced
3 stalks celery cut up
2 potatoes diced
2 tabsps green pepper chopped
5 cloves garlic
1 1/4 cups clam juice
1 c chicken broth
1 c water S & P
1 tsp worchestershire
2 0r 3 dashes hot sauce
2 10 oz cans chopped clams
2 cps half and half
paprika for top
cornstarch and water to thicken , if necessary
Preparation
Saute bacon and remove from grease. Stir in and saute onions and then add all ingredients except clams and Half and Half. Boil for 10 mins covered Stir in clams and cream COver again and simmer 15 to 20 minutes Season on top with paprika
