Ingredients
5 oz unsweetened chocolate (baking chocolate)
2.5 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 Stick unsalted butter (room temp)
4 tsp dark rum
Unsweetened cocoa powder (to roll truffles in)
Preparation
- Melt chocolate.
- Remove from heat and stir in butter and sugar
- Add rum and heat well.
- Roll in cocoa as desired.
