Ingredients

5 oz unsweetened chocolate (baking chocolate)

2.5 cups sifted powdered sugar

1 Stick unsalted butter (room temp)

4 tsp dark rum

Unsweetened cocoa powder (to roll truffles in)

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in butter and sugar
  3. Add rum and heat well.
  4. Roll in cocoa as desired.
