Ingredients
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 T margarine, melted
1 t vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups pecans
1 9-inch unbaked or frozed deep-dish pie crust
Preparation
Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake on center rack of oven for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 2 hours on wire rack before serving.
