Ingredients
6 c. packed rice potatoes
6 Tbsp. butter
2 scant tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
4 tsp. half & half or milk
2 c. flour
Preparation
Rice potatoes while hot and put over a mixture of butter, sugar, salt and cream in a bowl. Work this until it is all blended. Chill overnight. Just before baking, mix 1 3/4 cups flour and use the other 1/4 cup for the rolling surface. Roll out thin and bake on lefse plate.
