Ingredients
Cheese (either soy cheese or a brand which contains high content of calcium.
Whole wheat bread.
sliced tomato
sliced apple
almond or peanut butter
raisins
Preparation
Place cheese and tomato slice on whole wheat bread. Put into sandwich bag. In a plastic container arrange apple slices around nut butter for dipping. Add small box of raisins to lunch packet. Place in child’s lunch box
