Ingredients

2 packs cream cheese (6 oz each)

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1 can pie filling

1 box vanilla waffers

Preparation

Line muffin pan with liners. Put one waffer in each cup. Mix eggs, softened cream cheese and sugar til fluffy. Put 1 1/2 tsp on each waffer. Bake 25 minutes at 325-350F. When done top with pie filling and cool.
