Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. chow mein noodles
salt
aji-no-moto
1 stalk celery
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 round onion
G.W. Golden Broth
1 bok choy
1 1b. bean sprouts
Preparation
Boil noodles. Place in collandar and drain for a few hours. Pan fry a small amount at a time in a non-stick pan in a small amount of oil and season with salt and aji-no-moto as you fry. Put fried noodles in a large pot.
In a large frying pan stir fry onion and celery and season with G.W. broth. Put it over noodles. Stir fry and season the bean sprouts. Add to pot.
Slice mushrooms, and boil in 1 cup water. Add G.W. broth for seasoning . Add to noodle mixture.
