Ingredients
crust: 18 zweiback toast
4T melted butter
1/3 cup sugar
butter the pan
filling:
1 lb cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1T vanilla
2 eggs
topping:
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1T vanilla
Preparation
preheat oven to 350 degrees.
crust: crush the zweiback and mix with butter and sugar butter the spring form pan and firmly spread the crust.
using a mixer, blend together the filling ingredients and add to the crust.
cook for 35 minutes, remove and cool for a few minutes.
Mix together the topping and add to the cake. Put back in oven for 10 minutes.
refrigerate overnight.
