Ingredients

4-5 pound brisket, trimmed of fat

1 pkg onion soup

1 1/2 C concord grape wine

2 large green peppers, sliced

1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Baby carrots (as many as you’d like)

1 Can Del Monte original stewed tomatoes with green peppers and onions

1 1/2 cups water

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300. Put brisket in oven bag. Spread all other ingredients over top. Seal bag. Bake at 300-325 for 3 1/2 -4 hours.
