Ingredients
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
1 c. oil
1 c. water
4 eggs
Lemon Glaze:
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 to 2 tbsp. water
Preparation
Beat well. Pour into jellyroll pan. Bake at 350. Poke holes in with a toothpick. Mix glaze and pour over warm bars.
