Ingredients

1 1/2 cup flour

3/4 teas. salt

1 tbsp. sugar

1/16 teas. baking soda

1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. crisco

1 tbsp. lemon juice

3 tbsp. ice water

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients. Combine crisco with dry ingredients using a pastry blender. Add lemon juice and one tablespoon of water at a time, blending until dough forms. Roll out pie crust to fit in pan.
