Ingredients

CRUST:

1-1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter or margarine

FILLING:

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup brown sugar

1-1/2 cup coconut

2 tablespoons flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla

TOPPING:

1 cup powdered sugar

1 TBSP butter, melted

Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

CRUST: Mix flour, sugar and butter and pat into a 9x13 pan (buttered). Bake 10 minutes at 275F.

FILLING: In mixing bowl, combine all the filling ingredients. Spread on top of the baked crust. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

While in oven prepare topping.

TOPPING: Combine ingredients and spread on top while dessert is still warm
