Ingredients

Cake:

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

1 stick butter or margerine

1 cup water

1/2 cup vegetable oil

4 Tbsp cocoa

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

Frosting:

1 stick butter or margerine, softened

4 tbsp cocoa

6 tbsp milk

1 pound powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F.

In a large mixing bowl add flour and sugar, mix together

In a sauce pan add butter, water, oil and cocoa, bring to a rolling boil.

Pour over flour/sugar mixture. Beat until smooth.

Pour onto a greased and floured 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch cooking sheet.

Bake at 375F for 20 minutes. Cool and frost

Frosting: In mixing bowl combine ingredients and mix until smooth
