Ingredients

CAKE:

2 cups sugar

2 cups flour

1 stick butter

1 cup water

1/2 cup oil

4 TBSP cocoa

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda

FROSTING:

1 stick butter

4 TBSP cocoa

6 TBSP milk

1 pound powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

CAKE: Combine flour and sugar in mixing bowl, set aside.

In medium saucepan combine butter, water, oil and cocoa. Bring to a rolling boil. Pour over flour mixture. Beat until smooth.

Pour onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 20 minutes

FROSTING: Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, butter, cocoa, and milk. Add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and fluffy
