Ingredients

Kugel

1 pkg med wide noodles

5 or 6 eggs

1 cup crushed pineapple- drained

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 cup milk

1 small carton cottage cheese

1/4 cup sugar (optional)to taste

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 cups crushed corn flakes

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 stick butter (4 TBS- melted)

Preparation

Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Beat eggs and sugar, then add sour cream, melt cottage cheese, vanilla and pineapple. combine with noodles and pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Combine ingredients in topping and smooth over top Bake 350 for 1 hour or until done.
