Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten

1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

8 Oz of corn, frozen or canned

8 Oz can cream corn

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded swiss cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together in one large bowl. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes in casserole. Top with 1 cup shredded swiss cheese. Bake 10 more minutes
