Ingredients
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 box lemon pudding
3/4 c water
4 eggs
3/4 c oil
1/2 lemon
powdered sugar (about 2 cups, enough to make the glaze not too runny)
Preparation
Mix cake mix, pudding and water. Blend eggs and oil for 3 minutes. Butter and flour a cake pan (hole in the middle). Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
Glaze: mix lemon and powdered sugar. Pour on top of cake.
