Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped celery

1/4 cup chopped yellow pepper

8 ounces of tomato sauce

1/2 tablespoon worstershire sauce

2 tablespoons of redwine or balsamic vinegar

3/4 cup ketchup

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation

Brown beef and drain. Add veggies, cook a little. Add everything else. Simmer for 20 minutes
