Ingredients

9" pie crust, baked

6 med. lg peaches, sliced

1 c. sugar

1 c. water

3 T. cornstarch

1 pkg. peach Jell-O

whipped topping or vanilla ice cream

Preparation

Fill baked pie crust with sliced peaches. Mix sugar, water and cornstarch over low heat until dissolved. Stir in peach Jell-O. Pour over peaches and refrigerate. Serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
