Ingredients

1 c. sugar

2 T. cornstarch

1 T. flour

1 1/2 c. milk

1 t. vanilla

1 c. whipped topping

2 large bananas (enough to fill to heaping)

9" pie crust

whipped topping

Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and flour. Stir in milk with above mixture in saucepan and cook until thickened. Stir in vanilla. Cool to room temperature. Meanwhile, slice bananas into baked 9" pie crust. Stir in whipped topping. Pour cooled mixture over bananas. Cover with whipped topping and refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 4 hours.
