Ingredients
1 3 oz pkg strawberry gelatin 1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 3 oz pkg raspberry gelatin 2 Tbs lemon juice
1 large angel food cake broken into walnut size pieces
1 qt partially frozen strawberries
1 pint whipping cream whipped with sugar and vanilla
Preparation
Dissolve gelatin in boiling eater. Combine berries and lemon juice. When gelatin is thick, not stiff, fold in whipped cream ands berries. In an angel food cake pan ( or a 13 x 9 x 2 pan) make a layer of cake pieces, then pour a layer of the gelatin-berry mixture. Repeat, ending with berry mixture on top. Chill several hours. Unmold on plate to serve.
