Ingredients

1 lb cranberries

2 cups Splenda (sugar substitute)

1 large orange (whole)

3 oz. sugar-free raspberry jell-o

1 cup boiling water

walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Grind up berries and orange. Combine all other ingredients. Prepare so that jell-o has enough time to set up.

Makes 2 pounds, which is 10 3oz. servings. Freezes well. 3oz. serving is 20 calories
