Ingredients
6 Medium size potatoes
1 small onion
2 eggs slightly beaten
3 TBS flour
1/4 tsp pepper (may omit)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Peel and grate potatoes and onions. Let stand 10 minutes, then drain liquid that has risen to the top.
Stir in eggs and additional ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls into skillet with 1/4 inch of vegetable oil and cook until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels.
