Ingredients

1 package Fleishmans yeast

1 cup warm water

1/4 cup shortening

1 1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons sugar

1 cup boiling water

1 large egg

2 3/4 cups all purpose flour

Preparation

Grease muffin tin Preheat oven to 425

Mix yeat mixture with egg and beat then stir in the flour and warm ingredients until forms a soft ball.

Place dough in large bowl, cover with plastic wrap or plate and refrigerate. Chill at least 2 hours.

Dough will triple in size.

Pinch off a little more than thumb size piece of dough. Roll into a ball. Place in a muffin tin cup. Now, repeat by 3 smaller balls on top of 1st large ball. Then repeat to next cup.

Let rise 1 hour at room temperature before baking. Bake 425 until golden in color. Cover to keep warm and serve.
