Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Tablespoon Melted Butter
1 1/2 Cups Flour
2 Tablespoons Sugar
Dash of Salt
Preparation
Beat together eggs and milk Melt butter and add while mixing vigorously. Sift in Flour, Sugar and Salt Consistency should roughly be that of syrup. Ladle into buttered pan, cook on medium high heat until browning begins on bottom and top solidifies, flip, serve hot. I prefer butter and cinnamon sugar to top mine, then I roll up and eat. My wife prefers maple syrup and powdered sugar.
