Ingredients
1 large cabbage head - cored
1/4 lb. ghee
3 large onions
4lb ground buffalo
4 tsp accent
4 cloves garlic
3 cans tomato soup
1 medium can of beef broth
salt & pepper
paprika
1.5 cups uncooked rice
Preparation
Place cabbage in a large pot, core side down in water. Remove & set aside cabbage leaves when & as they wilt in boiling water (reserve cabbage water for later)
Cook rice Saute onions & garlic in ghee Mix onions, rice, raw meat, accent, salt & pepper together Roll portion of meat mix on cabbage leaves. Place in a deep dish. Cover with tomato soup, cabbage water & beef broth. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1.5 - 2 hours
