Ingredients

6 eggs

2/3 c orange juice

1/3 c Grand Marnier

1/3 c milk

3 Tbsp sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp salt

orange zest

3/4" slices of french bread

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients, except bread, for custard.

Arrange bread in baking dish in a single layer. Pour custard over bread, turning to coat each side.

Cover and refrigerate overnight. Turn occasionally so all liquid is absorbed.

Brown on griddle.
