Ingredients

1 cup flour

1/2 cup Crisco

1/2 tsp salt

1/6 cup milk

1/2 tsp cider vinegar

Preparation

Blend Crisco, flour, and salt. Add liquid slow and mix. Let chill 30 minutes (wrap in saran wrap to refrigerate).

Roll on floured surface – don’t overwork or roll too much. Gpa Kraus says, “I use Gold Medal flour and whole milk.”
