Ingredients

1 tablespoon of butter

2 eggs (room temperature)

1 cup of whole milk (room temperature)

1 cup of flour

1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

Preheat over to 425 Beat eggs in mixing bowl, then add other ingredients Place 1/3 teaspoon of butter in each popover dish and put in oven for 2-3 minutes (until pan is piping hot) Place equal amount of batter in each dish and place immediately in oven Bake for 30-40 minutes (or 20-25 minutes in convection oven) Do NOT open oven to peek. Serve immediately.
