Ingredients

2 Cups peeled and chopped Apples

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup salad oil

1 egg beaten

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon cinn

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teas pure vanilla

1/2 cup raisens

1/2 cup nuts

Preparation

Mix sugar with apples and let sit until juice has drawn from apple. Probably around 1/2 hour. Add the oil and vanilla to the beaten egg and stir into apple mixture. Sift together dry ingredients and add to apple mixture. Add nuts and raisens. Bake 350 in prepared 9" pan for 25-30 min. Serve with whipped cream
