Ingredients
2 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
100 grs. ham in slices.
1 cup of peas
4 eggs
Salt / pepper
Oil
Preparation
Peel and cut potatoes into sticks rather thin, and onion into strips. Fried potatoes and a moment before they are ready, add the onion until transparent. Heat another skillet with very little oil, very low heat and add the potatoes and and fried onions, ham cut into strips and the peas. Stir for the hot and then add the beaten eggs. Seasoning to taste. Raise the heat and stir gently until eggs rennet. Do not let dry.
