Ingredients

12 double 5x 2 1/2" graham crackers

1 cup (2 sticks) butter

1 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed

1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Heat oven to 350. Line 15x10x1" pan w/ whole graham crackers so bottom is completely covered. In a saucepan combine butter and sugar. Cook over med. heat, until it comes to a full boil. Continue boiling for 2 minutes - whisk a lot. Immediately pour mixture evenly over graham crackers and sprinkle w/ nuts. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool slightly, cut into squares or follow outline of graham crackers for bars.
