Ingredients

2 cups dark chocolate, chopped (Ghiradelli 60%)

1/2 cup heavy cream

3 tablespoons butter, cubed

About 3 pinches sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

First, begin to melt the chopped chocolate in a small or medium double boiler. Add the heavy cream into the chocolate, slowly, mixing until combined. Melt in butter, then add vanilla and sugar and mix in very well. Turn off heat. Make sure fudge is the right consistency, and then serve.

*Can be refrigerated and reheated many times.
