Ingredients

tablespoons milk
Dash salt

(12 or 16-oz.) heatproof disposable cup

tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
In small bowl, combine eggs, milk and salt; beat well. Pour into cup. Place in microwave.
Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir egg mixture. Top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 30 seconds or until eggs are firm. Stir before serving.
