Ingredients
1 lb. Ground Beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 lb. bacon (cut up)
1 Large Onion (diced)
1 Large Green Pepper (diced)
4 15 oz cans of Chili Beans
1 Quart Spicy V-8 Juice
1 30 oz Can of Tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tbs. Sugar
Preparation
Fry ground beef, onion, sausage and green pepper together until the meats are brown and the onion and green pepper pieces are soft and tender. Fry bacon in another pan until it is half cooked. Mix all ingredients into a large dutch oven and simmer 2-3 hours at 325 degrees. This recipe serves 10-12 people.
