Ingredients
1 lb of lean ground beef
1 green pepper, diced fine
1 medium onion, diced
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato soup
1/4 tsp chili powder (season to taste)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 small can tomato paste
1 lb macaroni
Preparation
saute ground beef and onions in a large skillet until beef is browned.
Add chopped pepper to the mixture and saute until pepper is softened.
Add tomato sauce, soup and tomato paste to the above mixture.
Blend in chili powder and garlic powder.
Simmer the above mixture for one hour or until thickened.
Prepare and drain pasta according to package instructions and place in large serving bowl.
Pour sauce mix over pasta and blend together.
