Ingredients

1 pound hamburger meat

1 can tomatoes with green chilies (mild or hot)

1 can yellow hominy

1 cup cooked macaroni noodles

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Brown and drain hamburger meat. Add the tomatoes, hominy, and noodles and cook through. Serve with crackers and cheese chunks.(if this is not soupy enough, then add water to your liking)
