Ingredients

1.5 C dry white wine

1.25 C heavy cream

2 T grated Parmesan

4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

1 pinch nutmeg

black pepper to taste

Preparation

In med. saucepan, reduce wine by half. Add cream, reduce heat and cook until reduced by 1/3. Add Parmesan, Gorgonzola and nutmeg. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
