Ingredients

2 packages (1.9 ounces each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells

1-1/3 cups crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

1/2 cup chopped tart apple

1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup chopped Diamond of California® Walnuts

Preparation

Place tart shells on a baking pan. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; spoon into tart shells. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm or at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
