Ingredients
3/4 C. heavy whipping cream
2 T. butter
1/4 lb. gorgonzola cheese
1/4 C. diced sun dried tomatoes
2 T. toasted pine nuts
Medium pasta shells
Garnish:
Parmasean
Parsley
Preparation
Melt whip cream and butter in a small saucepan. Add gorgonzola cheese and stir constantly. Cook past until al dente. Pour cheese mixture over pasta shells, top with sun dried tomatoes, garnish with parm/parsley
