Ingredients

1 T butter

1 T flour

1 c whip cream

1/4 c dry white wine

1/4 c chicken broth

1 c crumble Gorgo (4 oz)

Preparation

Melt butter over med heat. Add flour & whisk 1 min. Gradually whisk in cream, ww, broth. Boil til thick enough to coat spoon, whisking freq. about 1 min. Add Gorg & whisk til cheese is melted & smooth about 5 mins.
