Ingredients
8 oz gorgonzola
24 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
½ c chopped scallions
2 Tbsp flour
Preparation
Beat together gorgonzola and cream cheese (after they’ve come up to room temp and are soft) until smooth. Beat in eggs, then scallions and flour. Bake for 1 hour at 250º in a spring-form pan. Good cold, but even better warm.
