Crumbled Gorganzola Cheese

18-20 Manjool Dates(remove pits)

18-20 slices of bacon cut in half

Preparation

Heat oven to 450. Line sheet pan with parchment paper. Remove pits from dates and stuff with the gorganzola and squeeze the date shut. Leave some without cheese if you choose. Take a half slice of bacon and wrap around date, securing with a toothpick. Arrange in parchment lined sheet pan about an inch apart and bake for about 8-10 min or until bacon is crispy. Serve hot or room temp.
