5-6lb goose
5 dried or fresh plums / dried or fresh perssimons
4tbsp red plum wine/ persimmon beer
4oz sweet hard cider
4oz unsweeted cranberry juice
1 tsp corn flour / oat flour
2tsp water
2tsp ground spicewood.
Preparation
400 f
rub goose or duck with sea salt. put bird on roasting rack for 1 1/4th hours.
dip plums / persimmons in boiling water
