1 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1/2 Cup Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp Butter
1/2 Cup Celery, chopped
1 Pint Heavy Cream
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese Directions:
Cook the rice in 5 cups of the chicken broth until done
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour into a baking dish
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
