Ingredients
1 package lemon cake mix with pudding
2 eggs
1/4 lb (1 stick) melted butter (but cooled)
Cream Cheese Topping
2 eggs
1/2 pound (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
2 tbsp lemon extract
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 and spray or oil a 9" x 13" pan and set aside.
Combine cake mix, eggs, and butter on low until well mixed. Pour into prepared pan.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, cream cheese, and lemon extract. Beat on low speed until mixture is smooth.
Pour over cake base and spread evenly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes
