1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Golden Onion Soup Mix
1/3 c. plain dry bread crumbs
4 bone-in pork chops, 1" thick
1 egg, well beaten
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400. In small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, until evenly coated. On baking sheet, arrange chops. Bake uncovered 20 min. or until thoroughly cooked.
