Ingredients

1 LB ground beef

1 onion finely chopped

2 cloves garlic- minced

3/4 cup grated carrots

3/4 cup chopped mushrooms

8 oz.to 16 oz. tomato sauce

2 TB red wine wine vinegar

2 TB ketchup

1 tsp. worchester sauce, chili powder, paprika and salt , pepper

shredded cheddar cheese

sourdough rolls

Preparation

brown beef- drain saute onion,add carrots,garlicon medium heat stir in rest of ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes serve over toasted buns top with cheese and broil
