Preparation

PLACE EGGS IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, COVER W/ WATER & BRING TO A BOIL, REMOVE FROM HEAT, COVER & LET STAND 15 MINUTES, PLACE IN ICE WATER & GENTLY CRACK EGGS, FILL LARGE BOWL W/ HOT WATER, ADD FOOD COLORING TO TINT WATER DARK RED, ADD EGGS & MAKE SURE THEY’RE COMPLETELY COVERED, LET STAND 30 MINUTES, REMOVE EGGS FROM WATER & PEEL, CUT EGGS IN HALF WIDTHWISE & PLACE YOLKS IN LARGE BOWL, MASH YOLKS & STIR IN MIRACL WHIP, MUSTARD, SALT & PEPPER, STUFF EGG WHITES W/ MIXTURE, PLACE HALVED OLIVES IN CENTER OF EGGS, REFRIGERATE UNTIL SERVED.
