Goat cheese (log)

Bacon

Rosemary

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Cut goat cheese into thick disks.

For each disk you will need to pieces of bacon.

Arrange bacon in a cross formation.

Place one goat cheese disk in the middle

Fold the bacon over the disk

Take a Rosemary sprig and poke it the middle of the packet to keep the contents in place

bake in an over around 325 for 30 minutes until the goat cheese is soft and milky, and the bacon is cooked and crisp
